Did you know that pi has the approximate value of 22/7? That's why some people celebrate Pi Day today (many people also celebrate Pi Day on March 14 - 3/14). Pi is the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. Because it's an irrational number (one that cannot be expressed as an exact ratio) it is impossible to calculate the exact value of pi.
